Supporters wishing to purchase concessionary tickets must provide proof of age/disability at point of sale.

To qualify for a disabled season ticket, the applicant must provide documentary evidence of being in receipt of the Higher Level of Disability Living Allowance.

This means that the applicant must be in receipt of either the High Rate Care Allowance component, or the High Rate Mobility component, or both.  This will also provide satisfactory proof that a Personal Assistant is required, whereby the Personal Assistant will be admitted FREE OF CHARGE.  This criteria applies to the purchasing of season tickets and match day tickets.

Please note that documentary evidence of the disabled applicant being in receipt of the Higher Level of Disability Living Allowance, as detailed above, will be requested by Stoke City FC at the time of purchasing a disabled season ticket.

Stoke City FC Disabled Car Parking 2009/2010 (Limited Availability)

To qualify for a disabled car parking space for the 2009/2010 season (priced at £75 for the season) the applicant must provide documentary evidence of being in receipt of the Higher Level of Disability Living Allowance.  Again, this can be either the High Rate Care Allowance component, or the High Rate Mobility component, or both.  This is consistent with the policy for purchasing season tickets and match day tickets.

As disabled car parking spaces are limited, priority will be given to seat season ticket holders.

Blue Badges, on their own merit, do not meet the requirement for a discounted seat or car parking pass.

SCWIM would like to further highlight to all potential disabled ticket applicants that unless the above criteria is met, then the Standard Seasonal, Match, and Car Parking prices will apply.
